Our Philosophy

  • Produce, prepare, cook and share fresh organic wholesome fare.
  • We aim to source all our food locally, and will be contacting local small scale producers before the event to collect fresh produce. Our herbs are home grown.
  • To scavenge, beg, borrow or barter for all our materials and equipment where possible. 
     
  • To be as sustainable as we can, carrying all we need using the power of our legs. Trying to make the move to a greener society fun, and hoping to pick up some others along the way. 
     
  • To Promote DIY culture - making what we can ourselves, turning to elders and specialists for advice and support.

  • To keep on learning about what we love to do, to experiment and to share and exchange this knowledge.

  • To show respect for the environments we find ourselves in, living life to the fullest, but leaving no trace.
